1.The effect of intraperitoneal, administration of indomethacin was studied on antibody titre following im or iv administration of S. typhi 'o' antigen in rabbits. 2. Indomethacin administration caused an increased production of antibodies which was dose related. It appears to act on both IgC and 1gM antibodies and is not associated with any change in total serum proteins and albumin/globulin ratio. 3.The administration of indomethacin like drugs may be beneficial in the development of immune function.
